PRODUCTION
Our standard production time is 7-14 business days. However, this can vary depending on the complexity of the order and our current production volume. For large orders, production may take 14-28 business days.
Yes, we offer rush production for an additional fee. Please note that rush production is subject to availability and may not be possible during peak seasons. Please contact our customer service team for more details.
Once production has begun, it’s challenging to make changes. We recommend finalizing all details before making payment. If you need to make urgent changes, please contact our customer service immediately, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if possible.
We carefully pack our flowers in corrugated boxes to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. The flowers are securely arranged within the box and wrapped in plastic to protect them during transit. We use high-quality packaging materials to safeguard the flowers from damage.
